A Tale of ChatGPT and COVID

I aksed ChatGPT to outline a story about the COVID pandemic, the spread of the spread of misinformation and disinformation, and the dramatic shifting of the Overton window thanks to alt-right and anti-science extremists along with credentialed contrarians.

The result is both accurate and tragic. This is the reality of what we faced trying to combat misinformation and disinformation, and how that was weaponized against the relative few of us who were committed to fighting back.
